The roles I recruit for

I work with a variety of businesses in the UK and Ireland, ranging from start-ups to global brands and anything in-between. Of course, each business has a different need and so the roles I recruit for vary. I cover roles from design to visual effects, to animation to production, as well as other creative positions. If you are looking for a new opportunity, take a look at the live vacancies I have available below. I am always looking to connect with like-minded creatives so if there isn't a role below which sounds of interest, please still get in touch as I might still be able to help!

Here's how it works

  • Discussion- First, I will find out more about your working situation and what you are looking for in your new role. I will listen to you and advise you of how I think I can help.
  • Explore- I will explore your options and present some suitable vacancies to you based on our conversation. I will discuss each role in detail to see if you are interested.
  • Interview debrief– If you are interested in any of the roles I find and would like to be put forward to the client, I will arrange these interviews on your behalf. I will make sure you are fully prepared and will give you an idea of what questions the client may ask you.
  • Offer- I will take care of the offer process and will discuss any awkward salary/day rate negotiations you may have on your behalf.
  • Care– I will make sure to follow up with both you and the employer to check everyone is happy.

I’m sure all of us, if not most of us, have had a bad experience in a restaurant before. Maybe the food wasn’t […]

What people have said...

“Since I started working as a freelancer in London, I felt more comfortable on jobs I did not work without an recruiting agency. Megan managed to change that. She is confident, knows what she is looking for and keeps a good track of the project just like she is working beside you. She is a great professional very dedicated but also very involved and helpful. I would be glad to work with her again.”
