The creatives I work with

I partner with several agencies and studios, big and small, helping them to find great people- either on a permanent or freelance basis. From the very best grads to top-tier designers, animators, compositors, artworkers, creative technologists, digital designers/developers, producers, editors and other media personnel- I have it covered.

Here's how it works

Discuss– I will spend time finding out about your business. We will discuss your company in detail and your reasoning behind the hire.
Advice– I will advise the kind of day rate/salary we should aim for, based on my knowledge of the current market rates. I will also give you a realistic timeframe of how quickly I expect to find the right person for you.
Advertise– I will then advertise your vacancy on several platforms and will create the content of the advert for you, to save you time.
Search– I will reach out to my extensive network as well as reach out to any suitable candidates that apply to the advert, to ensure that I cover a range of people.
Screen– I will arrange a meeting either in person or via Skype to get to know the potential candidates a little better to make sure they are definitely the right fit for your company so no time is wasted.
Interview– I will then arrange all interviews between you and the candidates so that the process runs smoothly.
Offer– I will help manage the offer process and guide you as much as you need to make sure both you and the candidate are happy with the final outcome.
Care– Once the employee has started the role, I will make sure I check in with both of you to make sure everything is all good. I think this is a really important part of the process and so I make sure this is always a priority!

What people have said...

“Since I started working as a freelancer in London, I felt more comfortable on jobs I did not work without an recruiting agency. Megan managed to change that. She is confident, knows what she is looking for and keeps a good track of the project just like she is working beside you. She is a great professional very dedicated but also very involved and helpful. I would be glad to work with her again.”
